Tenacious Spray Tan Appointment, Cancellation & Membership Policy At Tenacious Spray Tan, we reserve dedicated time for every client to ensure the highest quality service and experience. The following policies help protect the time of our artists and other clients seeking appointments. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below. Appointment Booking Policy All spray tan services must be secured with payment at the time of booking. This payment reserves your appointment time and confirms your commitment to the scheduled service. Appointments are reserved exclusively for you and cannot be double-booked. Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment will allow the client to: • Reschedule their appointment for a future date • Retain the payment already made toward the new appointment Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking payment. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice ("No-Show") will forfeit the payment made at the time of booking. No-show appointments cannot be credited toward future services. A new appointment will require a new booking payment. Clients who purchase spray tan packages or memberships receive discounted services and therefore must follow additional policy guidelines. Missed Appointment Policy for Package Clients If a package or membership client does not show for their appointment, the scheduled spray tan service will be deducted from their package balance. All spray tan packages and membership services must be used within six (6) months from the date of purchase. Any unused services after the six-month period will expire and cannot be refunded, transferred, or extended. A high-quality spray tan result depends heavily on proper preparation and aftercare. Clients are expected to follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by Tenacious Spray Tan. Failure to follow preparation or aftercare instructions may impact the final results of the spray tan. Tenacious Spray Tan cannot guarantee results when preparation or aftercare instructions are not followed. By booking an appointment with Tenacious Spray Tan, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
